Meet Angelica Rodriguez. She is an Assistant Orchard Manager and has worked for Allan Bros for over 30 years! She loves the diversity of her job, being able to work both outside and inside the office at times. Everyday she brings good, positive energy to the work place. She believes that women are good in our industry because with the diverse jobs available in the orchards, men and women compliment each other's roles based on their different strengths.
