As part of our overall operations, Allan Brothers provides dedicated field staff that work year-round to meet the needs of our growers.

Their number one priority is to facilitate sustainable returns by helping growers maximize the quality of their fruit.

Allan Brothers field staff is well-educated and experienced in working with growers at all levels. Whether it's providing information on high-demand varieties and how they thrive in specific locations, or guiding through horticultural practices that allow for best storage life and packout, the field staff is an invaluable resource to growers.

They maintain constant communication with the Allan Brothers Sales & Marketing Department to stay informed about opportunities that maximize grower revenue based on ever-changing market demands.

Grower Accounting

Simply put, the Allan Brothers Grower Accounting team exists to serve growers.

The Grower Accounting team is dedicated to providing accurate and timely information and payments to growers. They strive to ensure that growers receive packout reports, estimates, closings and any other information as quickly as available.

With accuracy as a top priority, Grower Accounting works closely with the IT Department, utilizing a proprietary warehouse management system and other custom software solutions to ensure growers' needs are met. They also assist the field staff, management team, production, marketing, and outside tree fruit associations with information requests.

Harvest & Receiving

At harvest, the Allan Brothers Receiving Department partners with growers to efficiently manage the transportation logistics of moving fruit from their orchards to our warehouse. Empty bins need to be distributed, unique bin tickets applied, full bins picked up, loaded, unloaded, and CA rooms filled – the list of steps is long. Our Receiving Department is up to the challenge and strives to provide excellent customer service to our growers every step of the way.

Food Safety

GLOBALG.A.P. launches sustainability module for feed mills   


The food safety landscape has changed dramatically for growers over the last several years. To maintain the highest quality standards, the Allan Brothers Food Safety team stays ahead of the curve.

Through all of the changes, they assist growers with various certifications required by retail partners, including USDA Gap, GlobalG.A.P., and SQF. Our Food Safety team provides training manuals, on-site training, internal audits, audit preparation, audit scheduling, and any other assistance required. 

Food safety is a top priority for Allan Brothers and we believe there are no shortcuts to ensuring the safety of our customers.
