Meet Danial Diaz. Daniel is one of our next generation orchard managers-in-training. He uses technology and apps on his phone to assist with Human Resources needs, payroll, and orchard block record keeping. He loves working with people and is looking forward to learning more about managing orchards. He was our first feature for Hispanic Heritage Month 2021.
