Meet Aracely Villa. She is a Robot Technician in our Production Department. She uses STEM in her job by adding the different pack types into our robotic palletizers' computers so that each item can be properly palletized. She closely monitors all of the systems feeding into the robotic palletizers to ensure that everything runs smoothly. The three palletizers at Allan Bros can stack about 25,000 cases per shift, which is a lot for Aracely to keep track of. She loves working in a fast-paced environment. She believes that women are good for our industry because they put in a lot of effort to do the best job they can.
