Meet Beth Kalombo. She has worked for Allan Bros for nearly four years as the Executive Assistant to the CEO. When asked what she loves most about her job, she said, "I love the variety. Every day is a little bit different. I love working on projects and events that increase employee engagement and connection to our company mission, vision, and values. It's so fun!"
She gets to use her strengths in communication, project management, working closely with the senior leadership team, strategy and coaching. We asked her about an achievement that she is most proud of and this is what she shared, "My proudest moment at Allan Bros was speaking in front of 200 Naches Valley Hight School students to introduce this year's STEM days and out upcoming internship class. It's scary getting up in front of hundreds of teenagers but I have been working on saying 'yes' to things that scare me because that is how you grow. I really enjoyed it."
